Flag a Tender/Booking Request as Under Review

As a Carrier, change a tender's/booking's status from PROCESSING to UNDER_REVIEW.

This endpoint is provided as a service to the shipper to inform them their request is under consideration you, the Carrier, are not yet ready to provide a full response.

The shipper will be notified of this activity.

Requirements

Expected System Responses

The request is successfully submitted and confirmed when a 200 response is received.

If there was a problem with your request, you will receive one of the following error codes:

400 Bad Request
401 Unauthorized
404 Not Found

Field	Description
`bookingId`	The identifier used to distinguish the shipment. Include the `type` and `value`.
`status`	Returned in the `200 Successful Response`. The value will change from `PROCESSING` to `UNDER_REVIEW` during this use case.
