Flag a Booking as Under Review
As a Carrier, change a booking's status from PROCESSING
to UNDER_REVIEW
.
This endpoint is provided as a service to the shipper to inform them their request is under consideration but you, the Carrier, are not yet ready to provide a full response.
The shipper will be notified of this activity.
Requirements
At a minimum, have the following information

request to /services/booking/v1/bookings/{bookingId}/carrier-notices. - Send the request.
Expected System Responses
The request is successfully submitted and confirmed when a 200
response is received.
