Change the status of a booking request to PROCESSING or UNDER_REVIEW.

Flag a Booking as Under Review

As a Carrier, change a booking's status from PROCESSING to UNDER_REVIEW.

This endpoint is provided as a service to the shipper to inform them their request is under consideration but you, the Carrier, are not yet ready to provide a full response.

The shipper will be notified of this activity.

Requirements

At a minimum, have the following information

  • Booking ID

Workflow

Complete these steps:

  1. Please, connect with your project44 Technical Contact for the Booking API Reference Documentation.
  2. Prepare a POST request to /services/booking/v1/bookings/{bookingId}/carrier-notices.
  3. Send the request.

Expected System Responses

The request is successfully submitted and confirmed when a 200 response is received.

Errors

If there was a problem with your request, you will receive one of the following error codes:

  • 400 Bad Request
  • 401 Unauthorized
  • 404 Not Found
