Carrier FTL Visibility
Our mutual customer has requested that you integrate with project44 to provide tracking data for the shipments you manage or carry for them. Your integration with project44 will allow you to provide timely, accurate shipment tracking data to our mutual customer while reducing check calls and eliminating your ongoing need to provide license plate or truck numbers.
This guide describes how to write a client application to integrate your TMS or other system to the project44 platform through our FTL Carrier PUSH Tracking API in a way that also makes it easy for you to integrate with any of our mutual customers who join our platform in the future.
While this guide provides information on how to create a FTL shipment and send tracking updates, not all carriers need to create a FTL shipment. If you do not need to create a FTL shipment and only need to send tracking updates, please see our section Send Tracking Updates.
